Irene’s Corn Pudding

Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon salted butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
- 1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat inside of 1 1/2-quart baking dish with softened butter. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, then pour into prepared dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
