Ingredients

  • ½ tablespoon salted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (16 oz) can creamed corn
  • 1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat inside of 1 1/2-quart baking dish with softened butter. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, then pour into prepared dish.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
