Irene’s Baked Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat well.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer in 13- x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 28–35 minutes until chicken is 165°F.
