Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and toss to coat well.
  2. Arrange chicken in a single layer in 13- x 9-inch baking dish and bake for 28–35 minutes until chicken is 165°F.
