Açai Berry “Zak Bowl”

Ingredients
- 1 ½ bananas
- 2 fresh strawberries
- ¾ cup of vanilla almond milk
- 1 (3.5 oz) pack frozen acai
- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 pitted Medjool date
- ⅓ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
Steps
- Slice ½ banana and fresh strawberries. Place in blender (in this order): remaining whole banana, almond milk, açai, ½ cup frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and Medjool date. Blend until thick and smooth.
- Divide açai blend between bowls. Add rows of sliced bananas. Cover half the bowls with granola. Add sections of sliced strawberries, remaining 1 cup frozen blueberries, and almonds. Sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds. Drizzle with honey.
