Açai Berry “Zak Bowl”

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ bananas
  • 2 fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1 (3.5 oz) pack frozen acai
  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • ⅓ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Steps

  1. Slice ½ banana and fresh strawberries. Place in blender (in this order): remaining whole banana, almond milk, açai, ½ cup frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and Medjool date. Blend until thick and smooth.
  2. Divide açai blend between bowls. Add rows of sliced bananas. Cover half the bowls with granola. Add sections of sliced strawberries, remaining 1 cup frozen blueberries, and almonds. Sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds. Drizzle with honey.
